HOW TO “REGISTER” ON THE NEW CPI HOMEOWNER PORTAL
Effective May 1st the CPI portal that homeowners use for payment of monthly dues changed. You should have received a letter from CPI providing instructions for accessing the new portal. This letter includes your unique new account number and registration key. Both are necessary to register as a new user and to access your account in the new portal. Each homeowner must access the portal to “Sign Up” to view their new account page.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR STATEMENT DELIVERY PREFERENCE
If you received your statement through email in the past you already have an account with South Data at https://www.estmt.net/Home/
If you received a mailed statement in the past you will need to create a new account with South Data at https://www.estmt.net/Home/. The top right-hand corner of your hard copy statement includes the site address and your “Registration ID” number which you will need to create a new account. Go to “Create an Account” in the lower right-hand corner of the logon screen.
After logging on to the South Data site navigate to “Settings” > select “Document Delivery” > “Please send an email notification when my documents are ready to view online”. You can also choose to have the first page of your statement in your email notification.
NOTE: Your changes will not be complete until you confirm your changes in a confirmation email that you will receive from InframarkDocuments@southdata.com.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CPI AND HOA COMMUNICATION PREFERENCE
You can now update your phone number/s and email/s directly on the CPI homeowner portal. In the left-hand column navigate to “My Profile.” In “Profile Settings” you can update your communication preference for general communication from CPI. THIS WILL NOT UPDATE YOUR STATEMENT DELIVERY (See above paragraph).
PLEASE NOTE that the selections for “Billing Communication,” “Send Payment Confirmation,” and “Receive Payment Reminders” are not functional.
FAQ’s
How do I access the new portal?
A. The new portal address is https://home.inframark.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue “Sign Up” link under the “Log In” icon. Enter your unique credentials (account number and registration key) as provided in the letter from CPI that you should have recently received. You will only need your log in and password after the initial registration as a new user.
What if I can’t locate my account number and registration key?
A. You can send an email to Info@CamelbackCanyonEstates.org. You will be contacted by either our property manager or a board member to help you through this process. Or you can call Paul Ortiz, our property manager, at (602) 989-9187.
What if the balance due on my dues statement does not match my records?
A. Review the statement issuance date and the payment processing date. If there is a delay in posting the payment it may not be reflected on the statement. If you are unsure, you can check your current account balance in the portal at any time.
What is the benefit of using the portal rather than my bank for auto-pay?
A. Annual dues changes will be updated automatically for monthly payments scheduled through the portal.
What if I use my banks’ bill payment system?
A. If you have been using your bank to make your dues payment you must delete the old payment profile and create a new one using the information provided in your letter from CPI. The new account number to use is the “Memo/Account Number” in your letter from CPI. This reference number includes not only your account number, but also your HOA ID number. It will look like this: Memo/Account Number: 2526 – 8180- [your account number]. The payee and mailing address should be updated as follows:

What if I mail my personal check monthly?
A. If you make your monthly dues payment by check the payee will remain “Camelback Canyon Estates HOA.” Your new account number is the “Memo/Account Number” in your letter from CPI. This reference number includes not only your account number, but also your HOA ID number. It will look like this: Memo/Account Number: 2526 – 8180- [your account number]. The payment mailing address should be updated as follows:

Do I have to update my Contact Information?
A. You should keep your contact information (email and phone number/s) up to date in the new portal. Current homeowner information helps both CPI staff and board members in case we need to contact you. You can also update your contact information on the HOA Website: Update Your Contact Information. For HOA communication questions email info@CamelbackCanyonEstates.org.
Where should I go to see current HOA documents?
A. All documents will be available on the Camelback Canyon Estates website. Publicly available documents will also be available on the new portal.
Where should I go to see the current Community Calendar?
A. Our HOA website will continue to provide our Community Calendar at: Calendar of Events. The calendar function has not been activated in the new portal.
The CPI letter mentions that homeowners will be able to ‘submit and track service requests’ on the new portal. How will that work?
A. This function has not been activated in the new portal.
