New HOA Monthly Payment and Portal Changes

BACKGROUND
In January 2025 Inframark LLC acquired our property management company, Cornerstone Properties, Inc, (CPI) with the promise to provide enhanced technology, better customer service, and a best-in-class experience for our homeowners. The changes promise to provide improved communication and service capabilities, streamline processes and increase security.

Effective May 1st, two significant changes will be implemented.

First, a new homeowner portal using Vantaca management software will be implemented that will require each homeowner to “sign up” to receive a log in and password into the improved homeowner portal. The portal will provide a more user-friendly experience for all of us.

Secondly, CPI/Inframark is changing its bank to Alliance Association Bank (AAB). AAB works exclusively with community associations and common interest communities and is best structured to meet our needs. Our funds will continue to be FDIC insured.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Effective May 1st our Cornerstone Properties, Inc (CPI) portal that homeowners use for payment of monthly dues will change. You will receive (or may have already received) a letter from CPI providing instructions for accessing the new portal. This letter includes your specific unique new account number and registration key. Both are necessary to access your account in the new portal. Each homeowner must access the portal to “Sign Up” to view their new account page.

FAQ’s

How do I access the new portal?
The new portal address is https://home.inframark.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue “Sign Up” link under the “Log In” icon. Enter your unique credentials (account number and registration key) as provided in the letter from CPI that you should have recently received.

What if I can’t locate my account number and registration key?
You can send an email to Info@CamelbackCanyonEstates.org. You will be contacted by either our property manager or a board member to help you through this process. Or you can call Paul Ortiz, our property manager, at (602) 989-9187.

What if the balance due on the letter from CPI does not match my records?
Any past due balance will not be reflected on the first Account Statement. The balance will be updated after May 1st.

What if I have already sent my dues payment for May?
If you have already submitted your May 1st payment the transaction will be forwarded to the correct account.

What if I have used the CPI Portal for auto-pay?
If you have been using the CPI portal to auto-pay your monthly dues your payment will continue to be withdrawn monthly. No action is needed to continue payments. You will still need to “Sign Up” to access your account.

When can I begin paying my monthly dues through the new Portal?
The new “make payment” function in the portal will not be available until May 1st. You can choose to pay online early using the existing payment options, or wait until after May 1st when the new portal is available.

Are the fees for using the Portal auto-pay changing?

What is the benefit of using the portal rather than my bank for auto-pay?

What if I use my banks’ bill payment system?
If you have been using your bank to make your dues payment you must delete the old payment profile and create a new one using the information provided in your letter from CPI. The new account number to use is the “Memo/Account Number” in your letter from CPI. This reference number includes not only your account number, but also your HOA ID number. It will look like this: Memo/Account Number: 2526 – 8180- [your account number]. The payee and mailing address should be updated as follows:

Camelback Canyon Estates

c/o Inframark Processing Center

PO Box 97736

What if I mail my personal check monthly?
If you make your monthly dues payment by check the payee will remain “Camelback Canyon Estates HOA.” Your new account number is the “Memo/Account Number” in your letter from CPI. This reference number includes not only your account number, but also your HOA ID number. It will look like this: Memo/Account Number: 2526 – 8180- [your account number]. The payment mailing address should be updated as follows:

Camelback Canyon Estates

Do I have to update my Contact Information?
You may have updated your contact information with our HOA recently. That information was not updated in the CPI system. Your HOA board will be working with CPI to align the data after the May 1st conversion.

Where should I go to see current HOA documents?
The CPI portal will contain only public documents. All documents, public and for homeowner’s only, will continue to be posted on the Camelback Canyon Estates website. Your HOA board will evaluate the document utility in the new portal to determine whether it will be advantageous to move all documents to that site in the future.

Where should I go to see the current Community Calendar?
Our HOA will continue to provide our Community Calendar at: Calendar of Events. Your HOA board will evaluate the community calendar in the new portal to determine whether it will be advantageous to use it in the future.

The CPI letter mentions that homeowners will be able to “submit and track service requests” on the new portal. How will that work?
Your HOA board will evaluate the service request functionality and provide more information when it becomes available.

What if I have more questions?
A specially trained team at CPI can be contacted at (602) 433-0331 to answer your questions.
