Street Maintenance

Camelback Canyon Estates street sealcoating has been scheduled for March 25th through March 29th, 2024!

Sealcoating the streets is your investment in the quality of the roadway and the community.

Please help us have a successful project by following these guidelines:

We need your help! 

1. The Sealcoat Street Map identifies which street sections will be closed to all parking and traffic on the day shown.
2. Arrange to park elsewhere before 7:00 a.m. on the date your street will be sealed.
3. Park your car in a non-project day section and use pedestrian paths shown on the map to access your property.
4. Avoid walking in areas where work is in progress.
5. Work will begin at 7:00 a.m.
6. Each area will be closed to ALL traffic for a 24-hour period.
7. Obey all traffic control barriers and signs.
8. Do not drive on the newly treated areas before the barricades are removed.
9. Do not remove barricades. They are there for safety reasons and to protect your cars.
10. Barricaded areas are the areas in which work is to be, or has been, performed but is not ready for use.
11. Delay any DELIVERIES, landscapers, pool maintenance, workmen, guests, etc. that will conflict with these dates.
12. Do not use water that runs into the street March 24th through March 30th. You may resume watering on March 31st.
